About me
My name is Lucas Galdino. I am a student of nursing and multilingual medical translator currently living in Spain. I am an Orthodox Christian. I love tea, good books, and jazz.
This website serves both as my portfolio and personal blog. Here, you can find links to my translation, coding and academic projects, as well as articles and videos on topics that interest me. Particularly, I find the subjects of liberty, vitality, and beauty fascinating; I enjoy exploring tools and ways to interact with the world that increase our autonomy, productivity, and enjoyment.
The main purpose of my blog is to share my process of learning and discovery with others who might have similar interests. I might write about religion, philosophy, where to find good books, how to use a computer more effectively, data science and coding, nutrition and exercise, and much more.
About this website
Although I approve and make use of AI for a few different uses, this website abides strictly to a no-AI rule. The rationale behind this decision is simply that I do not want to see my coding and writing skills atrophy.
